Q: What kind of work will I be doing?
A: You’ll be scheduling appointments with customers over the phone; introducing and explaining our product to potential customers through our online presentation portal; and helping interested customers place their orders.
Most of the time our team works from their cell phone and their laptop.
Q: What sort of experience will I get?
A: Some of the skills the program will help you develop are presentation, time-management, interpersonal, and sales skills.
You’ll get the opportunity to speak to and schedule appointments with customers over the phone and also present products and answer questions.
Q: What will my schedule be like?
A: Your schedule is entirely up to you. Our team sets their own schedule and determines the number of appointments they want to complete each week. We don’t have minimum hours or unpredictable calendars; you can set your own schedule week-by-week based on when you’re available to work.
Q: Are there any start-up costs?
A: No, we don’t make you pay to work here. During your virtual training, we provide you with all the online resources you'll need to present to a client. After training is complete, you're ready to get started.
Q: How am I paid?
A: Our team gets paid weekly via direct deposit. Members of our student work program earn a 10% - 30% commission for every sale they make. If that commission is less than X, then they’ll receive the base pay of X for completing that appointment. This means that you can’t make less than X for doing a qualified appointment.
But this is just the minimum. Many members of our team take advantage of our incentives and are able to earn more.
Q: Do I need experience?
A: There’s no experience necessary. We provide all the training you need to succeed as a representative. The initial training seminar is a two-day program led by our management staff. You'll participate in these interactive and engaging sessions through our virtual meeting platform. We also offer ongoing training sessions and virtual conferences so you can keep learning.
Q: What are the qualifications?
A: Applicants need to be at least 18 years old or 17 with a high school diploma. Not yet 18? You’re welcome to apply if you’re 17 years old and have also graduated from high school.

A: We enjoy working with open-minded individuals who are willing to learn, coachable, and have a positive attitude.
Q: Do you offer scholarships?
A: Our company awards scholarships to students each year. To be a candidate for one of our scholarships, you must be a full-time college student and be among the best performers through a sales campaign.
